The Bill (Reg. No.2003) specifies the procedure of exemption of housing and communal enterprises and power supply companies from fees imposed upon the sum of converted debts to the public for used housing and communal services. Relevant amendments are introduced to the Law "On Conversion of Debts for Rent, Housing and Communal Services, Gas and Electricity". Moreover, the Bill amends Article 16 of the Law "On Procedure of Redemption of Tax Payers´ Obligations to Budgets and State Specialized Funds".
The Committee members deem reasonable to adopt the said Bill at the First Reading, taking into consideration introduced remarks and motions.
